Baking and Pastry Certificate Program provides broad based knowledge and skills

The Baking and Pastry classes are designed for participants who wish to learn specific segment of this very creative culinary art.

Yeast-based artisan bread and rolls, pastry doughs and batters, breakfast pastries, quick breads, filled and assembly cakes and torts, wedding cakes, cookies, custards, creams, mousses and soufflés, icing, glazes and sauces, frozen desserts, pies, tarts and fruit desserts, plated desserts, chocolate and sugar candies, sugar confectionary center pieces.

The Baking and Pastry classes are 3 weeks in length, Monday through Friday.
The cost for each class is $1500.

Candidates may take any of classes as they are offered as scheduled.

There are no prerequisites required from prior classes.

Course Details 2023 - 2024

  • 10 Students in each class
  • Morning Class – 7:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • Afternoon Class– 12:15pm to 5:15 pm
  • Classes take place for 5 hours daily, Monday thru Friday.
