Students of Californai Culinary Arts Institute will undergo their externship at our Bistro
California Culinary Arts Institute candidates are required to finish their Externship program to receive their certificates. California Culinary Arts Institute has provided an extensive Externship program for culinary students who have passed their Culinary certificate program and for students who have passed their Baking and Pastry certificate program.
The externship program is five days a week; The A.M. externship is from 9:00am until 2:00pm and the P.M. externship is from 2:00pm until 7:00pm.
The Externship program is fulfilled at the California Culinary Arts Bistro, and is designed to enable student have real work experience in restaurants.
