Culinary Short Course

Culinary Short Course offers wide spectrum expertise and training

The short culinary classes are very informative and fun to learn for individuals who love to cook in professionally manner and a style.

These classes are designed to improve individual’s cooking skills and understanding.

Nutritional awareness and all necessary kitchen skills are applied to mastering a full spectrum of stocks, sauces, soups, starch cookery, meat and seafood cookery, vegetarian menus, salads—with recipes drawn from domestic and international cuisine.

The short culinary classes are in 3 weeks length, Monday through Friday.
The coast for each class is $1425.

Candidates may take any of classes as they are offered as scheduled.

There are no prerequisites required from prior classes.

Participants may also select and choose any week/s from different classes to complete a three-week class.

A couple of examples are mentioned below to elaborate on this…. 

  • A student may take 1 week from Class 1, and 2 weeks from Class 4 
  • A student may take 1 week from Class 2, 1 week from Class 5, and 1 week from Class 6

The student can then attend the respective classes as per schedule

Morning Class – 7:00 am to 12:00 pm

Afternoon Class– 12:15pm to 5:15 pm

Classes take place for 5 hours daily, Monday thru Friday.
