Culinary Certificate Program

Culinary Certificate Program offers wide spectrum expertise and training

The short culinary classes are very informative and fun to learn for individuals who love to cook in professionally manner and a style.

These classes are designed to improve individual’s cooking skills and understanding.

Nutritional awareness and all necessary kitchen skills are applied to mastering a full spectrum of stocks, sauces, soups, starch cookery, meat and seafood cookery, vegetarian menus, salads—with recipes drawn from domestic and international cuisine.

The culinary classes are of 4 weeks length, Monday through Friday.

The cost of the complete program (6 classes) is $14000.

Candidates may take any of classes as they are offered as scheduled.

There are no prerequisites required from prior classes.

Class Schedule 2024 - 2025

10 Students in each class
Morning Class – 7:30 am to 12:30 pm
Afternoon Class– 12:30pm to 5:30 pm
Classes take place for 5 hours daily, Monday thru Friday.
