CCAI Externship Program
California Culinary Arts Institute has provided an extensive Externship program for culinary students who have passed their four months certificate culinary program and for students who have passed their six months certificate baking and pastry program.
CCAI candidates are required to finish their Externship program to receive their certificates.
The Externship program is fulfilled at the California Culinary Arts restaurant, and is designed to enable student have real work experience in restaurants. California Culinary Arts restaurant is a none-profit and be donating all its profit from the restaurant to the Father Joe’s Village and Animal Shelter Organizations located in San Diego.
